Rev. Carolyn C. Cavaness is the Pastor of Bethel AME Church of Ardmore. A native of Newark, NJ, Rev. Cavaness is a graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University and Union Theological Seminary of New York City. During her tenure as Pastor of Bethel, Rev. Cavaness has been instrumental in leading the congregation in several major capital improvements and upgrade, increasing community outreach efforts and initiatives and the launch of the Bethel Community Garden/Home Victory Garden program. Committed to interfaith dialogue and action, Rev. Cavaness has been pivotal in bringing together clergy and lay leaders across the Main Line.
Dr. Gity Banan-Etemad is a professor of Pediatrics at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and Attending Physician at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and Temple University Hospital, with long-standing teaching experience in pediatrics. She has published books, articles, and an entry in Encyclopedia Iranica. Her other interest is in “Health Development” in developing countries through NGO organizations, namely “Health for Humanity.” Through this organization, she has traveled around the world numerous times giving lectures on health issues, continuing medical education in medical schools, hospitals, and public health institutions. In Philadelphia, Gity is a co-founder of the Interfaith Center of Greater Philadelphia, a founder of Mainline Interfaith Women's Group, and is a member of Devon Interfaith Gathering, secratary of Dialogue Institute at Temple University in Philadelphia, these groups serve to promote dialogue between religious leaders, college students,high school students, and diverse faith groups for the advancement of world peace. She is a fourth-generation Baha’i and an active member of national and local Baha’i communities. Gity is married and has three adult children. She and her husband reside in Villanova, PA
Mr. Chuck Marshall is the treasurer of Central Baptist Church in Wayne, PA and a member of the Board of Faith in Action. He is a long-term member of Central Baptist's Undoing Racism Team. He is also the scholarship chair and treasurer of the Main Line Martin Luther King Association. Chuck is also a board member and treasurer of the Radnor Township Civic Association.
Ms. Anne Patricia Minicozzi is an educator, community-builder and writer. She has been a resident and active member of the Main Line for over 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of Hartford (BA English); the Pennsylvania State University (MFA English); Villanova University (MA Theology); and currently a Doctoral Student in Theology at Villanova University.
Her commitment to advancing Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream of achieving the “beloved community” via radical love of God through us to our neighbor shines through all her work. In addition to her commitment to antiracism efforts via the CommUNITY Breakfast Collaborative, she teaches first-year students part-time in the Augustine and Culture Seminar Program at Villanova University. She is also a member of the boards of directors of several local social justice nonprofit organizations and a member and volunteer at St. Thomas of Villanova parish, serving as a lector, member of the parish Anti-Racism Committee (ARC) and member of We Are The Church (WATCH) committees. She is a writer primarily of poetry and plays. She is married and has two adult children. She and her husband reside in Villanova.

Ms. Diana Robertson, among the many things for which she is known, is a paralegal, civil rights advocate, promoter for youth and education, writer, entrepreneur, as well as a mother of two adult children and grandmother. She has worked both professionally and as a volunteer for many years, serving the Main Line and other communities. Both at her church, Zion Baptist Church of Ardmore (45 years) and through the NAACP (Main Line Branch for 36 years); (Pennsylvania State Conference for 25 years); and National Resolutions Committee (8 years), she has held a significant number of leadership roles. Additionally, she is host of “Have Your Say” on MLTV Main Line Network and serves on committees and boards of several organizations.
Ms. Susan Underwood has been a resident of Radnor Township for over 30 years. She represents the Radnor League of Women Voters for the board of directors of the CommUNITY Breakfast Collaborative and is involved with the League in several capacities, at both the local and State levels. She is retired from Radnor Township School District where she worked for almost 20 years as a kindergarten and first grade teacher, at Ithan and Radnor Elementary Schools, and also as the RTSD social worker. Prior to this, Susan worked in medical, psychiatric, and foster care in New York City and as a school social worker in Ossining, New York. With regard to her faith life, Susan participated in Visionary Women, a program of Interfaith Philadelphia, in 2018. Also, Susan recently completed service as senior warden at the Episcopal Church of All Angels in Haines Falls, New York (2015-2021), a seasonal church open in the summers. Susan holds a BS in Early Childhood Education (Boston University); an MA in Ibero-American Studies (New York University); and MSW (Adelphi University). She is fluent in Spanish and lived in Spain for two years after college. Susan and her husband Stephen have been married for 48 years and have two grown daughters, Stephanie and Megan and four grandchildren.
